Cookie Policy

Last updated: 27 July 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Vennbi, operated by Fidabl, uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and local storage) on this website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They let the site remember your actions and preferences, measure how the site is used, and, in the case of advertising cookies, help show you more relevant ads elsewhere. Pixels are tiny snippets of code or images that serve a similar purpose.

2. Cookies we use

We keep our use of cookies deliberately small. The categories in use, or planned for use, on this site are:

  • Strictly necessary. Required for the site to function, such as remembering a form you have submitted during a session and protecting forms against abuse. These cannot be switched off through the site and store no marketing information.
  • Advertising and measurement. When we run advertising campaigns, we may use the Meta Pixel (provided by Meta Platforms) to measure whether our ads led to a visit or a sign-up, and to build audiences for our ads on Meta services such as Facebook and Instagram. This category is used only where required consent has been given. Data collected may include pages visited on this site, actions taken (such as submitting the join form), and standard device information. Meta's own use of this data is described in Meta's privacy documentation.

We do not use general-purpose third-party analytics or tracking beyond the above, and we do not sell data collected through cookies.

3. Legal basis and consent

Where the law requires it (for example under the EU ePrivacy rules and GDPR), non-essential cookies such as the Meta Pixel are set only after you give consent, and you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. Strictly necessary cookies are used on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a working, secure website.

4. Your choices

  • Browser controls. Every major browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the site, such as forms.
  • Meta ad controls. You can manage how Meta uses data about you for ads in your Meta account's Ad Preferences, whether or not you have a Facebook or Instagram account.
  • Industry opt-outs. Tools such as youronlinechoices.eu (EU) and optout.aboutads.info (US) let you opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies.

5. Changes to this policy

If our use of cookies changes, for example when the Meta Pixel goes live or if we add a measurement tool, we will update this page and revise the date at the top. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.

6. Questions
