Verification Policy

This Verification Policy explains how Vennbi verifies businesses, what you need to submit, how our review works, and how we protect the documents you share. Vennbi is operated by Fidabl, an independent studio based in Seoul, Republic of Korea (business registration number 407-74-00575). This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Why we verify businesses

Trust is the core of the Vennbi network. Every member is a real, registered business, which is what makes it safe to reach out, share plans, and launch collaborations. Verification exists to keep out fake accounts, impersonators, and bad actors, so that when you connect with someone on Vennbi, you can be confident they are who they say they are.

2. What you need to submit

To become verified, you will be asked to provide:

A valid business registration document or certificate of incorporation issued by the relevant authority.
Your company name as it appears on that document.
The country in which your business is registered.

We may ask for additional details if we need to confirm your identity or your authority to represent the business.

3. How review works

Verification is a manual review carried out by our team. We check that the document is valid, that it matches the company details you provided, and that the business appears legitimate. Review is usually completed within 24 hours, though it can take longer during busy periods or if we need more information. If anything is unclear, we may contact you to request a clearer document or further details before we make a decision.

4. What happens to your document

We treat your verification documents with care. Specifically:

They are stored securely and privately, using encryption and restricted access.
Access is limited to the small number of authorised staff who handle verification.
They are used only for verification and related compliance, never for anything else.
They are retained only as long as required for verification and legal compliance, then securely deleted.
They are never shown to other members and never sold to anyone.

5. Approval, rejection, and appeals

If your business passes review, your account is marked as verified and you gain full access to collaboration features. We may reject an application if a document is invalid, unclear, inconsistent with the details provided, or if we cannot confirm the business is legitimate. If your application is rejected and you believe we made a mistake, you can appeal by replying to our decision or contacting us, and we will take another look.

6. Re-verification

If your business details change, such as a change of company name, legal entity, or ownership, we may ask you to re-verify to keep your verified status accurate. We may also periodically re-check accounts to maintain the integrity of the network.
